Vendor Biography

Zohar Sessler is a pastry chef. She studied confectionery at Estella, the high school of confectionery professions, and specialized in Paris with Arnaud Larher. She worked as a confectioner in leading restaurants in Tel Aviv and studies biochemistry and food science at the Hebrew University.
