- Receiving an order

- Customer response

- Compensation to customers
Any customer complaint should be answered promptly.
Compensation will be given in cases of delays, errors and inaccuracies in the dishes, incorrect quantities, poor food quality, poor packaging, disregard of customer requests, unavailability to customer.
In cases where the meal was not eaten the customer must be compensated with an alternative meal or a refund of the cost of the order. It is recommended to give additional compensation, such as dessert or a first course, or any other food that will compensate the customer.
In other cases (such as a taste complaint), the amount of compensation will be determined by FressRoom's customer service.
- Payments
Payments will be made directly to the cook through a clearing company. The connection to the clearing company will be made through FressRoom. The costs of connection (one-time) to the clearing company will be at the expense of the cook.
The cook must be an authorized dealer or an exempt dealer.
- Payment of sales commission to - FressRoom
For every sale made through the website, a fee of 10% of the total sales will be transferred to FressRoom plus VAT up to 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment from the clearing company; by bank transfer or through immediate payment applications.
- The cooks agree to a pre-agreed compensation, without the need to prove damage, for any prohibited action (such as evading payment of a commission) that will result in a fine of NIS 10,000 and even a lawsuit.
- Do not abuse the rating system including requesting clients to give a particular rating or dictating a review wording, for you or for other cooks.
- Excellent customer service
We expect the cooks on site to give customers excellent service. As a cook at FressRoom, you undertake:
