Lemon Pistachio Basil

An unconventional pie that combines lemon, basil and pistachio flavors. It is made of a layer of pistachio and topped with lemon-basil cream on a crispy dough tartlet. Suitable for birthdays of older children or for a dessert of a gourmet meal.
